Colombia, with a new Standard & Poor’s index

The goal of the S&P Colombia Select index is to provide investors with a tool that is capable of measuring the performance of the largest companies, and those with the greatest liquidity, that are headquartered in Colombia.

According to Standard & Poor’s Silvia Kitchener, “Colombia is a growth market, and S&P DJ Indexes realized the opportunities this market offered to international investors.”
