TRIANA, URIBE & MICHELSEN is a law firm specialized in Corporate and Intellectual Property matters, focused on providing an all-encompassing service, and particularly addressing the corporate value development and risk management of its clients. With more than 30 years of experience in management consulting in the Americas Region, the Management Consulting Department focuses on the critical issues problem solving of businesses related with strategy, organization, corporate governance and the development of consulting and consultative selling skills. Our clients belong to government, private sector, and non-for-profit organizations in Latin America.

We have the highest certification in business consulting – CMC – granted by the Institute of Consulting in the United Kingdom, which allows us to train and certify professionals in consulting skills. We are members of the Organizational Design Council – ODC – a prestigious organization that brings together academics, researchers and professionals specialized in organizational design that has granted us a certification as professional experts in this field. We have a certification in innovation management granted by the European Certification and Qualification Association – ECQA and a digital transformation certification.

We are allies of the government and the private sector supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs to guarantee their sustainability and productivity increase in programs such as ALDEA-INNPULSA, Productivity Factories and with various business accelerators such as CONNECT BOGOTÁ, APPS.CO and OXELERATOR.

Since 2010, we have been actively participating as teachers in the CONSULTANDES program of the Faculty of Administration of Los Andes University, where we have supported more than 100 SMEs solving problems and critical business needs, achieving a great impact.
