Montt Colombia S.A.S. is a Latin American firm created in 2010, as a result of the expansion in the continent of Montt y Cia S.A., a law firm created in 1974 to provide legal services to Chilean export companies, which after years of successful practice in Chile and in the Latin American market, established the sister company Montt Consultores S.A., with the purpose of offering an integrated service, extending our legal practice to include accounting, financial, auditing and administrative management consulting services.

The group has expanded in Chile and throughout Latin American creating its own offices and local subsidiaries in order to provide the same legal and consulting services with highly qualified local specialized professionals in each jurisdiction. In Colombia, the group has its own offices in the city of Bogotá D.C. and in Latin America in Argentina (Buenos Aires), Bolivia (La Paz and Santa Cruz), Brazil (Sao Paulo), Ecuador (Quito), Peru (Lima), Paraguay (Asunción), Uruguay (Montevideo), Mexico (Mexico City), Spain (Madrid) United States (Miami) and Canada (Toronto).
